Stop relying on life-changing conferences, it’s true they motivate you on how to go about things and show you ways of getting out of your shell; However, it’s not enough to attend this conferences, it’s the action that you take afterwards that matters a lot.
It’s true you are a fresh graduate and have little or no industrial experience… the employer is definitely aware. Therefore, try as much as possible not to oversell your self, accept your shortcomings and show the employer that you are willing to work on it.
Spend more time building yourself, than being on social media. I’m not saying you shouldn’t use social media platforms, but try to moderate it.
You have little experience, but want to land an amazing job… You might want to consider working your way up there. What do I mean by this? Consider the little offers that come your way, work hard, gather all the experience you can… No one gets experience by being too picky.

When you find yourself at a networking event, try to be original… don’t say you are what you aren’t. Instead, try to add value to others, and when a job opportunity comes up, others will be more willing to help you.
