Men Can End Violence Conference
We are pleased to introduce “Men Can End Violence Conference” to you. This is an exclusive conference organised by the Life After Abuse Foundation geared towards engaging men in the conversation on protection and equal rights for all women and girls.
Women have always been at the forefront of effecting change when it comes to violence against women and girls, this time, as opposed to calling men out, we are calling men in to get involved and be a part of the solution.
We can achieve a more peaceful and just world but only with the support of men.
Our target audience is majorly made up of men from all works of life open to challenging toxic masculine values, changing the narratives on what it truly means to be a man and ultimately, effecting lasting change in diplomatic, corporate, cultural, educational, religious and grassroots communities for the sole purpose of creating a safe, just, and socially healthy society for all.
The Life After Abuse Foundation (LAAF) was established with the vision to bring the issues of abuse in its various forms into the spotlight, to drive progressive conversations, while galvanizing society to be moved to action with requisite psychosocial support to survivors.
LAAF is driving a balance in the conversations on violence and aims towards promoting healthy femininity and masculinity, building mentally healthy individuals and ensuring a safe and socially healthy society for all, irrespective of age, gender, religion, tradition, race or economic status.
