Follow a proper healthy diet
During the rainy season, there is a high tendency of your body and digestive system getting infected. Most infectious diseases in this season are waterborne, so to stay healthy take waters that are boiled or filtered. To stay on a safe side, avoid raw vegetables unless they are consumed at home where you can wash thoroughly.
Do not walk under the Rain
Walking under the rain can prone you to have viral diseases and numerous causes of feet and nail infection;

i.if your feet get wet, dry them and do not stay in wet socks or shoe.
